Where do you deliver?
We offer delivery throughout Toronto and select surrounding areas. You can enter your postal code at checkout to confirm availability.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes — same-day delivery is available Tuesday through Saturday for orders placed before 11AM. Availability may vary based on demand and floral inventory.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes. Pickup is available from our downtown Toronto studio. Simply select the pickup option at checkout and choose your preferred time.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders scheduled for delivery or pickup within the next 24 hours cannot be cancelled, as we begin preparing them shortly after they’re placed. For orders beyond that window, please email us at info@annamstudio.ca at least 24 hours in advance, and we’ll issue a store credit if the cancellation is approved.
What kind of flowers do you use?
We work with premium, fresh blooms — often locally sourced or specialty-grown. Every arrangement is made to order with a focus on form, texture, and tone. No filler, no fluff — just beautiful flowers, thoughtfully arranged.
Can I request specific flowers or colours?
Our designs are guided by seasonal availability and our signature style. While we can’t guarantee specific blooms, you’re welcome to include preferences at checkout and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Do you do flowers for events or weddings?
Yes, we offer florals for events, brand launches, and select weddings. Please reach out through our inquiry form and we’ll be in touch to discuss your vision.
How long will my flowers last?
With proper care, most arrangements last 4–7 days. We recommend trimming the stems and refreshing the water every 1–2 days to help them last as long as possible.
What if I have an issue with my order?
We want you to love your flowers. If something isn’t right, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we’ll do our best to make it right.
